Any activities that occur such as emails, meetings, and phone calls can be related to candidates, jobs and hiring managers. Riptide Recruiting automatically tracks changes in the status of a job or a candidate so you have a historical record of the recruiting process for any job or candidate.
The Candidate record in Riptide Recruiting is an extension of the Contact record in Salesforce. This allows you to interact with Candidates in the same manner as which you would interact with a standard Contact.
