Description

As the Salesforce.com Administrator you will play an integral part in helping our sales force move their prospects through the entire sales process and be expected to quickly learn every aspect of the business.   You will respond to inquiries from prospective customers and ensure that they are satisfied with the help they receive. You will be the main contact person for the sales team and be responsible for uploading spreadsheets into our CRM, removing duplicate leads, processing RFPs, proposals, sales contracts and act as the liaison between the sales team and other departments. Also included is the responsibility for fulfillment on direct marketing programs, campaign tracking, sales analytics, data entry and quality control for our sales group, via our Sales Force Automation tool, Salesforce.com.

As the point of contact for the sales team, your multi-tasking experience (such as handling general office duties and managing a busy office environment), excellent time management and prioritization skills are a must in our fast paced environment. Possessing world-class Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills, you will be valued as a team player when you pitch in and help make travel arrangements, schedule meetings, and occasional event planning. Meticulous attention to detail combined with prior PEO experience using a sales management tool such as Salesforce.com will allow you to enter and maintain the Web-based prospect records that are so important to our business. A degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting and/or Sales related course work will further qualify you with the academic background and breadth of experience needed to interact professionally with our management team and to provide optimal support across the whole sales operations spectrum. Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce.com.  Salesforce.com Certification preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of sales processes
  • Knowledge of marketing processes such as campaign management
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task

Experience Required

  • 1+ years experience working with Salesforce.com
  • 3+ years sales, marketing or general business experience
  • Experience developing custom objects and sControls in Salesforce.com

Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Sponsorship

Must be US citizen and capable of obtaining security clearance.
