About the GSA Contract
Riptide Software, Inc. has been awarded the General Services Administration (GSA), to be included on its Section B/C schedule for Information Technology Services Contract Number GS-35F-0126U.
The GSA schedule for Information Technology Services is an alternative to many agency specific ID/IQ contracts and most closely mirrors commercial buying practices.
The GSA Services Contract provides flexible, responsive and high quality technical, engineering and management support to Government organizations.
Ordering from the GSA schedule offers additional advantages such as minimal paperwork, less lead time for establishing a procurement and reduced contract administration costs.
Orders may also be placed under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
Adherence to Federal Regulatory Guidelines
Under the Small Business Administration guidelines, 13 CFR 121 applies to our business size and provides regulations that allow Riptide Software to determine and self certify ourself as an emerging business.
FAR 52.212.3 cites definitions for all small business types, under which Riptide Software is categorized as a "Small business concern". By definition this means a concern, including its affiliates, that is independently owned and operated, not dominant in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, and qualified as a small business under the criteria in 13 CFR Part 121 and size standards in this solicitation.
