The US Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement for the provision of Technical Services to SAIC. This BPA is titled AMCOM EXPRESS. Under the contract vehicle, SAIC and its teammates, to include Riptide Software, Inc., will provide technical services over a broad range of domains to include: systems engineering, software engineering, test and evaluation, manpower and personnel technical support, and product assurance. Specifically, Riptide can provide software development and program management services to any customer requiring these services.
